The cellar in object is a great reality in the area of Alba (CN), so that their request of soft pressure machines able to load how much it escapes from 100 tons drawers, is not seemed strange there.
The machines to supply have been realized with specific cares aimed to widen the draining capacity, increasing the draining surface.
We realized pressing program of management completely modifiable and free, that allowed to load in a 25 tons volume capacity machine, the exact quantity of fermented grape that came from a 125 tons fermentation tank.
As the machines had been disposed one in front to another for saving space, we supplied a
functional 15 mt. reception hopper that enabled the evacuation of exhausted grape-skins through an inclined conveying belt connected to a means of transport.
