In the case of big productive realities developed in some Italian areas, wine cellars are conceived and realized to receive white and red grapes at the same time.
To solve this problem of contemporaneity in the phases of pressing, we are able to supply specific devices in the machines that guarantee the draining of musts by increasing the load capacity (see accessories of big presses).
According to the procedures we apply, all fermented grape-skins coming from tanks that have a capacity
of more than 1.250hl, can be loaded on machines that have a tank capacity of 250 hl. Our machines’ tank structure has been designed to be resistant to all possible damages or solicitations. The semi-perforated tank version is characterised by 5 mm punched plates and every part of our machines is entirely manufactured in stainless steel to avoid problems that could generate because of bad weather conditions.
