The firm director contacted us to realize a small transformation plant that could be managed in the operations of grapes reception and pressing and exhausted product unloading. The intention was that of employing a low number of people working in the firm, considering the increasing difficulty of finding qualified personnel.
The application, rather simple but functional, included the supply of a press with axial load system and full machine automatic control device, that allowed the easy loading of grapes coming from the reception hopper, avoiding stoppages of the inside grooves.
The practical pneumatic hatch allowed to dose the unload of used up grape skins on our chain plain-slope conveyor that would transport the exhausted product on a suitable wagon above.
The specific system of automatic pressing with predisposed cycles and a level must control device with automated decanting, enabled to avoid the experimentation of new and uncertain working procedures and offered to the operator the advantage of saving time and costs of the personnel, in order to assure, during few vintages, the initial investment’s amount.
